Online Courses Switch and Cancellation Requests:
If you would like to cancel your course or switch to a different course, please complete this Registration Update Form.
Online Courses: Switch requests
- Students requesting to switch to a different course up to 2 weeks after registration will be charged a $25 switch fee plus the difference in price between the courses, and switched to their new course by our team. No additional registration needed.
- Switch requests are not available 2 weeks after registration for an online course.
- There will be a $25 fee to change to the same online course in a later semester. Students are only allowed to switch semesters once. If a student does not complete their course within the new semester, they will be deactivated and must pay a reactivation fee to complete their course.
Online Courses: Cancellation requests
- Online course cancellation requests received within 1 week of registration are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. (This includes bundled courses)
- Refunds are not available if you are requesting to cancel more than 1 week after registration date.
Combo Online Courses: Please note Students will not receive a partial academic completion letter or financial credit for finishing half of the course.
